Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We just moved to Nextiva from our copper phone lines after the phone company increased our rates to an unbelievable rate per line. The call Quality on Nextiva is far superior to our old phone system and phone lines but it’s the customer service that has been out so outstanding. It took me over 45 minutes to cancel my phone service with the old provider and I’ve never waited to chat or speak to someone on the phone with Nextiva for more than a few seconds. Issues are resolved with one call and the issues have always been my lack of understand something or doing something wrong.

Just great customer service! They are fantastic and truly seem to care that you have the best experience possible. When you compare that with the “Phone Company” we just left oh my goodness!
