Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

I run an extremely busy Urological Practice. We see up to 100 patients a day, our phone lines are usually overwhelmed. We have recently started utilizing Nextiva Business Phone Service which has been amazing, now instead of listening to all voicemails, they are emailed directly to us, assisting in prioritizing the urgency of each call. This has been very helpful.
  • Responds to questions.
  • We have never had an interruption in service.
  • Open Chat Groups
  • Ease of building the answering cue
  • Deduction in overall phone cost.

It can handle a very high call volume which is amazing, however it would be great to be able to busy out the line at peak times .
