Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We work remotely and are able to use the phone system so that we can answer our phone from anywhere. When we have had to contact customer service, they are quick to help so that we are set up properly. Nextiva is a great business phone service that we would highly recommend.

It has an APP that can be used.
You can receive an email when you get a voice message.
You can customize your greeting.

It can be complicated to set up without help.
