I use as a call center. I make call to clients and leads. I use it to stay in communication with those I plan t market to .
  • It works daily
  • It is easy to use
  • It is simple
  • Customer service is rude
  • Customer service does not know their own products
  • Customer service does not solve problems but literally makes them worse
  • They do not have a CRM.
  • They need to get a CRM and/or let me upload contacts to the system.
  • Helps me stay in contact with customers
