Overall Satisfaction with NICE CXone (formerly NICE inContact)

We use it to answer calls to verify payments.
  • Clear sounds.
  • No disconnects.
  • Easy to use.
  • It does freeze a bit.
  • Goes in and out.
  • Let me take care of business.
  • Answer calls efficiently.
  • Lots of background noise.
Never had to customize anything.
Not aware that the issues are being reported but so far have been good at restarting to get it to work for myself.

Just started using NICE CXone and I can honestly say it is a better phone system the other ones I have used. I recommend this over anything else any day.
