We use it to automate mundane and repetitive processes. This is company-wide and we find it so easy to use too.

- Alerting
- Allows you to build in situ and adapt easily as things change
- HR onboarding process
- Risk register tracker, including alerting
- Automatic movement of documents to archive libraries
- Procurement process
- All the processes to date have saved hundreds of hours.
- Simplification of form creation has enabled us to create many forms and adapt them when needed.
- Some of the current apps seem to lack things that were available in 2013 and not in Microsoft Office 365; for instance, the workflow process flow graphic showed you where the process had failed.
- We're unable to see the logs that the Nintex support staff can see. if we did, then any fault finding by ourselves prior to asking Nintex for assistance would possibly speed things up.

Nintex Process Platform was and still is by far the most flexible and easy-to-use than any of the other form creation and workflow designer apps we looked at.
