Intuitive process management
Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
We use Nintex Promapp to capture and document our business processes and the workflow products to automate a number of our processes. All of our business processes have been mapped and we have undergone a number of external audits (ISO9001) by 3rd Parties and all have been extremely impressed. We use Nintex to generate forms and to enable processes such as raising purchase requisitions, IT service requests etc and we probably have close to 25 processes captured in this way.
Pros
- Processes are laid out in a way that is easy to understand and follow and is intuitive.
- Process forms are very easy to generate.
- Creation of the workflows is intuitive.
Cons
- The Risk and Training add-ons are not as intuitive as the process management tool.
- The ability to configure reports/dashboards in Promapp would be useful, at the moment we have to export via excel and then manipulate.
- It would be good to be able to add colour to process maps to further aid understanding
- Workflow automation has driven benefits but we have not necessarily quantified these, but it is noticeable where high volume transactional activities are involved.
- Users find it much easier to use and therefore follow the correct process.
- We anticipate being able to reduce the use of hard copy forms by over 60%
