I’ve only worked with Nuxeo, and it helps streamline projects. The right people are reviewing, and it creates a checks and balances system.

The system works well, but it definitely can use some improvements. The buttons don’t feel intuitive. The view window is too small. The download button is hidden. That being said, you get the hang of it quickly, and it works well, keeping files organized until approved.

Alternatives Considered

I’ve only used unique platforms that have been built for a specific system. Of course, Nuxeo is more generic, but you can customize it well per your business’s needs.
