Overall Satisfaction with Olo

Olo allows us to streamline our online ordering platforms into one database which we receive our orders from. This makes it easier to track orders by seeing them all on one screen instead of having to use multiple devices. Before Olo orders were harder to identify for customers and slowed down our speed of service.

Olo is great for restaurants that use multiple online ordering platforms. Ours in particular uses DoorDash, Uber, and Favor and we receive all of the orders on one platform. We have little to no issues with the service and our customers have not had any issues with it as well.
