Overall Satisfaction with Olo

We use Olo to consolidate all online ordering and delivery companies. By utilizing Olo, we have eliminated the need for multiple tables and saved labor by the tickets automatically populated into our POS.
  • combines multiple delivery platforms into 1 easy to se format
  • 1 small change to my menu will cause delivery orders to failing and we are not notified of the deliveries failing.
  • ease of use
  • offer upsell items at checkout

it is combining multiple delivery companies into 1 tablet and populating them into the POS so employees do not retype them into the system. This eliminates mistakes on the orders and eliminates missing items.
