Overall Satisfaction with Omnify

Omnify is utilized by the resident property management portfolio in scheduling appointments for our business offices and amenities. It addresses our need in monitoring the use of our facilities in controlled numbers. It has allowed us to open our amenities to our residents which would otherwise still be closed due to the pandemic.

I am most impressed with the ease of use and customer service. The app allows customers to schedule their own appointments at their convenience and not wait on a telephone call back. It also allows them to view the rules of the facility including Covid questions prior to scheduling. If the schedule is full it allows for a waiting list which is automatically contacted if the schedule has an opening. Very user friendly with customer satisfaction.
