Overall Satisfaction with ON24

On24 is being used as the platform for our webinar program, where companies sponsor webinars, and we market them to our audience of interested scientists / chemists. We also have used it for in-house webinars, and are planning on expanding the use of the product to include its self service module.

  • Better rep to customer ratio is needed I think

Intercall was awful, they invoiced us wrong multiple times, their platform was not as robust and they were rude to our clients.
We have established a relationship with the product and believe in the future of this company.
I think if you are looking for a robust webinar platform to be a base for sponsored or revenue generated events then On24 is a great choice. If you are looking for a program to host meetings internally, or with clients, another program like WebEx or GoToMeeting would suffice.
