I use ON24 to moderate educational webinars with our partnering financial service providers.

- Engagement features for attendees
- Phone connectivity on the conference lines provided has been an issue.
- Console builder could be sleeker, building process could be a little tighter.
- Audio and slide progression are often a little out of sync/slides are slow. Not sure if this is just everyone's internet connectivity though. I have to instruct attendees on a very frequent basis to refresh their browser, clear cache, etc. Would be nice if this weren't a constant issue.
Salesforce/Pardot. Integration makes our lead generation and tracking more seamless/streamlined.

- Encouraged partners to provide more educational content to members (customers) because they liked the ease of use.

Way better! I was not personally part of the selection process; that employee preceded me and has since left the company.
