Overall Satisfaction with ON24

I use ON24 to moderate educational webinars with our partnering financial service providers.

  • Engagement features for attendees
  • Phone connectivity on the conference lines provided has been an issue.
  • Console builder could be sleeker, building process could be a little tighter.
  • Audio and slide progression are often a little out of sync/slides are slow. Not sure if this is just everyone's internet connectivity though. I have to instruct attendees on a very frequent basis to refresh their browser, clear cache, etc. Would be nice if this weren't a constant issue.
Salesforce/Pardot. Integration makes our lead generation and tracking more seamless/streamlined.
We've had issues where the presenter suddenly lost control over the slide progression. I've also been in a situation where I was unable to update the resources in the console in a timely manner during a presentation. A customer service rep was not able to do it on his end either until the presentation had already ended.

  • Encouraged partners to provide more educational content to members (customers) because they liked the ease of use.
  • Trained more members.
Way better! I was not personally part of the selection process; that employee preceded me and has since left the company.
Great for educational presentations and sales demos alike.
