Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is used by our Marketing Dept. We had the need to ramp up our lead generation and our thought leadership in the market. Using webinars to do it was a natural fit.

- Easy to use and really easy to learn, which is great as new colleagues are hired in our marketing dept.
- The reporting is really well done. I can see all of the metrics in real time for each webinar which gives me accurate indications on how our webinars are performing.
- The registration landing page is simple to configure. I also like the ability to brand the various components within the platform.
- The integrations between ON24 and Salesforce could be improved.
- GDPR compliance seems to be a bit lacking, there needs to be more improvement in this area.
We launched the platform using the ON24 registration but found that we really needed to integrate to our own Marketo landing pages. Since this isn't fully deployed yet, I'm unable to answer if this will work or not. I do know that the integration to do this has been a bit cumbersome so far. Also, there is sometimes a syncing issue between ON24 and Salesforce which has caused us to manually export the leads that come in through our webinar programs rather than having the leads go directly into our campaign sitting in Salesforce.
- We have been able to bring more leads into our sales pipeline and some have already converted to close won accounts.
- We have also been able to host some customer webinars to educate our current customers about new products and feature enhancements in our current solutions which have been great for upselling and renewals.
WebEx seems to be better for internal meetings and not hosted events.
