Overall Satisfaction with ON24

It is used by one department so we can host our own webcasts.
  • Lead generation
  • The on-demand option is great - I like that people can submit questions.
  • The console looks great during the presentation.
  • Our customer support person seems to change every time we have a presentation sometimes they are helpful, sometimes not.
  • Some of the reporting doesn't include all of the information it should.
On our most recent webcast, I had trouble getting the support I needed for our account manager as well as from the person assigned to our webcast.
  • Cost/Leads is lower than other marketing.
It is well suited for lead generation webcasts, however, it probably wouldn't be great for smaller webcasts because of the price. If the price isn't an issue it would be good to use for anything.
