Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is being used as a way to communicate with suppliers of buyers who have purchased a new procurement product. I do not like ON24 as a training platform however, this that delivering a presentation is perfect. The business has been using it extensively in America and Europe. ON24 addresses and meets all of the business privacy requirements.
  • I do not like using ON24 as a training tool because it does not allow for interaction with the people I am training. Questions cannot be asked verbally, but have to be written which requires me to interpret what they are asking.
  • I cannot control what platform a supplier is using to dial into an ON24 session and 50% or more of those attending have buffering issues.
Because I am forced to use ON24 and do not feel it gives me what I need to train people.
  • There are other products that give me a better experience and cost far less than ON24.
Poorly, and I am forced to use this product.
ON24 works for delivering a presentation that requires no interaction from participants.
