Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We are using ON24 on daily basis. For external use this would include to generate new opportunities through webinars, provide customer update sessions and workshop via their Forum platform. B2B we are doing something around 150 virtual events a year, ON24 helps us to manage the content before and after the events by using their Engagement Hubs for On-Demand videos.

Internally we are using ON24 to stream to our employees worldwide.

ON24 is integrated with our CRM and leads are then being pushed through the funnel
There is a lot of solutions which ON24 provides, we have discovered that they are able to find one for all of our business needs.
Content management is better with ON24, mainly on demand videos. This was the decisive factor in our process.

Our internal TownHalls are using the Broadcast option from ON24, this is streamed to about 3k employees. We have never had an issue with this solution.
