Payroll tax outsourcing eliminated the need for internal headcount which would have been extremely difficult to hire
Integration development in-house is always challenging to find. Required work is generally infrequent so not having to hire internal staff is great.

There are some team members who are very experienced and can quickly get projects complete. Other times I feel like we are the training ground for new individuals or those with new certifications. Sometimes it's hit or miss. Projects [took] a little longer to complete than if they had been done internally. The communication process of using only cases to communicate is somewhat tedious.

Likelihood to Recommend

They have been able to help us with numerous production upgrades, implementing new functionality. We did have issues for a short time period where the payroll team assigned lacked experience and was not able to provide the desired support.
