- Integrated, great UI experience
- nimble. the right side drag and drop elements are really useful but can get busy. getting this right via role based administration is important.
- A more clear roadmap for Role based admin and if Personas can be used with Oracle HCM Cloud. Keep the screens less busy and tuned to the User Profile
- Central integrated application for HR
