Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

HR & Finance currently use Oracle.
We are migrating from Peoplesoft to Global HR but have other modules implemented, EBS, Succession, Performance Management.
Need a unified HRIS, single source of truth, for better integration with Workforce and bolt on applications
  • Integrated, great UI experience
  • nimble. the right side drag and drop elements are really useful but can get busy. getting this right via role based administration is important.
  • A more clear roadmap for Role based admin and if Personas can be used with Oracle HCM Cloud. Keep the screens less busy and tuned to the User Profile
  • Central integrated application for HR
Great to migrate from Peoplesoft (ONpremise) to HCM Cloud, single source of truth with Core HR/PR
