Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Paychex Flex is very easy to work with. I get a reminder when payroll is due and get my reports the same day. I get quarterly reports as well as end-of-the-year reports. Also, my staff gets their W2's before the end of January. (This is greatly appreciated by my staff as tax refunds do not get held up when there are small children in the household.)
