We use Paychex Flex for payroll and also to have 401K through the company-provided firm.
Our experience with Paychex Flex is great - even over the years our account managers have been changed, all of them were very helpful and prompt answering questions and providing documents that we asked for.

I was using a different payroll company before switching to Paychex Flex....I did well because Paychex Flex is way better (on every single task) than the company that I had before
