Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex to manage some of our Human Resources needs, benefits available to our employees, flexible spending account status, premium only plan deductions, and retirement 401K solutions. We are able to help our employees work with the easy to use platform to allow them to monitor their benefits, and make any changes to their accounts.

  • All benefits in one website
  • Secure sign in for our employees
  • Mobile platform friendly
  • In the retirement area, the classic view is often better that the current view
  • Making areas that are accessed more routinely more readily accessible
  • Having two factor authentication available
  • I am not sure of what our return on investment is, but there is a large convenience factor for us in utilizing the platform.
  • I save time in entering employee information which does not require me to contact our payroll representative on the phone.
  • I am able to do this on my schedule even if the call center is not open.
We have not considered using any other platform other than Paychex Flex.
Although the organization of the platform is good, it could be better when it comes to viewing the retirement portion; the original classic view is better that the current view.

The platform is easy to use and navigate and for the most part fits our very small company's needs. Some areas could be improved such as the retirement data integration.
We like having everything under one umbrella for our employees. This is a generally easy to use solution for the employer and employees. We particularly like to have the employees monitor their payroll deductions and tax withholdings which can be easily altered as the need arises throughout the course of the calendar year.
