Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

It was used for HR purposes. It is great for easy access to tax records, benefits, paystubs, and other HR-related information. Every member of the agency was using the application. It was linked to a OneLogin account. It was reliable and dependable. Even though I'm no longer with the agency, I still access Paycom to retrieve my W-2 from last year.

I have limited experience with other platforms.
Paycom is very well-suited for HR purposes. This includes access to tax documents, pay stubs, and various benefit information. We even used it for benefit enrollment. It is less appropriate for organizing company data or using for other non-related records. I would suggest it to anyone searching for a human resources solution. We never had a problem with the website functioning (to my knowledge).
