Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use the HRIS system for engagement with Communities, Surveys, Onboarding, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Performance, Learning, HR&Payroll, Compensation, and Data Insights. Expense, Weblink, Workflows, and Documents, as well as Bswift Benefits. The Help feature is wonderful for step-by-step instructions on how to use the products.

- Hired my employee... Do not do that again, or no matter how good your product is we will be finding another provider.
- Enhancement requests are nice in theory, but when you are told it'll be 12-18 months terrible. You need to improve on that. Hire more programmers (and not from my employment pool).
- Ridiculous that the application does not flow through to HR & Payroll.
- Love the self-service portal- and communities- great tools.
- Love having careers job postings out for transparency.
- Need to add back the email option at the bottom of the report when generating; we have an older workforce that struggles to pull up and send the report... please get that back asap.
The time off function, when manual for new hires, is ridiculous. We should only have to enter it once, and after the approved time, the system should be automated to populate without us having to go find the employee, select the time, and then go back in to open and close it for it to show up. Please save me time and don't create more busy work for myself or the staff (and don't hire my employees).

Similar product... We were told a single point of entry, but that is not the case...
