Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity to onboard all new hires, recruitment, training, making announcements on Community, learning, surveys, and helping resolve any questions for employees about pay or benefits. I use it daily and it helps me address several issues and concerns I may have.

- We are unable to configure the self service portal with a link to access our policies. We have reached out to Paylocity and the issue was never resolved.
- Having a demo so that I can easily show new hires how to navigate Paylocity during orientation. My screen does not look anything like theirs with being an Admin.
- Easier way to make document templates to send to employees.

The automation tools have made onboarding a much smoother process by allowing the candidates to upload different documents and get what needs to be done prior to orientation.
Impressions have increased morale. Allowing employees to recognize each other to the whole organization is great! Community makes announcements smoother and being able to assign people acknowledge them is beneficial to know who is receiving the information needed.
Synchrony HR is what we used. It had some of the tools for recruiting, but there was not as many things at all. Very minimum information available to the employees as well.
