Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for onboarding new employees and payroll. The "history" display keeps everything organized and compliant. It also allows us to upload the appropriate documents needed for onboarding which cuts back on the physical copies used in the office.
- Displaying checks and paystubs
- Being able to update important information in real time
- Integrating with BSwift Benefits
- PTO Pool/donation is needed
- Adding a PRN code for employee status
- Editing Time and Labor is a little excessive
- Improved onboarding process
- Employee satisfaction with viewing of paystubs
- The showing of the history reduces user error and increases transparency
I haven't utilized all of these different features YET so I am unable to speak to the benefits of the functions.
I also have yet to take advantage of these features so I cannot speak to them at the time being.
Paylocity has SO many more features. I haven't even scratched the surface.
