Overall Satisfaction with PCRecruiter
PCRecruiter was used as a system to manage the records for our candidates. We were an IT Staffing firm. It was used across the whole organization. It helped to keep track of our daily interactions with the candidates and also track the submissions, interviews and final placements.
- Tracks the progress of candidate through the interview/submission process.
- Helps search for candidates with the given search parameters.
- Helps manage job orders.
- The PCRecruiter version that we had did not have any features for eliminating duplicate records.
- Increased employee efficiency and tracking of candidates.
I was not the decision maker. the only other comparable system I have used is home grown and not off the shelf, so I cannot comment on this
