I used the software as an applicant tracking system. Easy to learn and use. Beneficial ATS for a small-med size organization.
  • Simple UI for recruiters to use as an Applicant Tracking System. I've used several ATS's, I prefer a simple system that does the job, rather than one that's too robust.
  • PeopleAdmin consistently reached out to ensure I understood the tool. Help Desk was always on point to troubleshoot any questions I had.
  • The lifecycle from creating the req, through approval process and posting my job was a simple process for all. Many times, ATS's can be a tedious learning process for those who aren't actively using the tool daily.
  • PeopleAdmin hosts an annual conference for users, a hands-on learning experience with classes by the employees and how users are benefiting from the tool. What other ATS hosts something like this for their users?
  • With a simple UI, unfortunately comes simple search fields. I would like to see more fields to search resumes.
  • A comment section for each applicant to track my notes.
  • It does the job managing the recruiting lifecycle. Taking the approval process from paper to software is highly beneficial.
  • The customer service is impeccable, they truly do care about their customers.

PeopleAdmin was the Applicant Tool in place when I started, would I use again? Yes. Would I refer it? Yes. Many tools out there who do the job to track applicants but not all are as easy to use as PeopleAdmin's recruiting tool, for myself and Executives.
It would not be worth the time and money to move to a new product. I do wish it had a stronger "share jobs" capability, having a tool integrated with social channels, including linkedin would be nice but it's not something that's taking the time out of my day to look at implementing a new software. I feel that PeopleAdmin's customer service is impeccable, I know the input I share with them is taken in consideration for future releases.
The software is useful for a small to medium size company or University. I wouldn't recommend for a company with high growth, due to the search functionality.
