Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization uses PerformYard to do our semi-annual and annual performance reviews. This product allows our upper-level management an easy solution to assess individual performance of team members. PerformYard gives an easy to navigate platform to keep track of performance and allows us to keep track of goals set for the year.

Pros and Cons

Easy user interface.
Easy to complete annual reviews.
Easy to keep track and update performance goals set by the individual or management.

I would like a text box to be able to explain the multiple-choice areas for my reviews. Would help to give context.
Wish the pages themselves were eye appealing.
Make two factor authentication a thing or easy to find if it is.

I think PerformYard is appropriate for companies looking for an easy way for management to complete performance reviews. It also provides an easy way to make sure their team members are staying on top of the objectives and goals that were established at the beginning of the year. This would not be useful for companies who don't conduct performance reviews.
