Overall Satisfaction with PerformYard

I use PerformYard to carefully review and monitor my staff. Monitoring and setting goals as well as implementing new strategies to reach certain goals. For the company of my size, This has been a vital tool to organize each departments roles and responsibilities And review the areas for improvement, grade progress, and implement new processes to assist with the daily workflow. This has been a tremendous asset to our weekly and monthly reviews of activity by the team, and streamlines the various components of the business.

PerformYard is in its own class for employee monitoring and reviewing of employee, goals and expectations. As a midsize business, you cannot just implement change once in a while you need to document and review plans and progress within departments and amongst individual employees so that you can see the most success. Perform yard, really focuses in on that and makes it very easy to document and implement processes and procedures and expectations from the company to the employees.

Perform Yard is best suited for business managers to monitor the performance of their employees, set and review goals as well as implement performance improvement plans. It’s not so ideal for small groups. The precise questions asked of the employees makes it perfect for the responses to paint the overall picture of the progress and production of the employee, and helps supervisors really gauge the output from their employees. Overall, it is a great tool to utilize for monitoring employees progress, as well as evaluate the employee at your end to assist with setting goals for the new year.
