Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Pingdom
It is being used by our datacenter and cloud team, to monitor our home pages from different countries. We also have ping monitors against our ISPs gateway and DNS monitor.
- Monitoring DNS and html.
- Alarms.
- Troubleshooting.
- Would like the ability to add custom monitors and satellites.
- It has helped speed up any problem-solving situation thus decreasing any downtimes.

When we had a couple of routing problems with an ISP on monitors in south-america,
