Overall Satisfaction with Planview Portfolios
We have multiple towers performing work in different systems and processes. We needed a tool to consolidate and make sense of the overall engineering progress towards corporate initiatives.
- Correlating initiatives
- Normalizing data between different processes
- FastTrack reporting
- The system is so configurable that it's a blessing and a curse
- Schedules and screens are well suited for waterfall but not as turnkey for agile
- Integration of customized attributes for the strategic leaf level
- Reporting out of the box
- Financial planning and tracking in ICP
- Correlating work from multiple sources into one location
- We haven't seen a ROI yet as we're just starting our Portfolios journey.
