Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use planview to organize and track the company's backlog. In other words, it tracks upcoming construction project opportunities. We track the projects based on the select markets that we specialize in (healthcare, senior living, education, or commercial specialty) and then rate how confident we are that a certain project will be ours (nurturing, speculative, moving to construction). It is used across out entire orginization. We only focus in the United States in the English Language.

In terms of customer support, we have had no complaints and have been satisfied. The support we received in working through any issue we encounter has always been quick and helpful. We have been able to work with the support team flawlessly to get our problems solved in a timely manner.

Usability

The ease of use for planview projectplace has been great and we have been satisfied to date with everything. It was easy to get started and did not take much time to learn. Has been a great resource and tool to keep our company organized. Very easy to use for everyone.

I have not used any other products and cannot comment further on this issue.

I think that planview projectplace is a great software program that our company uses. We primarily use it to track our backlog for upcoming construction projects and it does a fine job in doing so. It also allows us to view or share important reports for both tracking as well as informational purposes. It has been a solid investment.
