For orders and the area in which Playvox works, it is necessary to contribute, adjudicate, manage employees in the quality area, giving us help in weekly evaluations where they indicate the areas of opportunities to improve the processes from the services we provide. In addition to evaluations, they give us a follow-up in which we must introduce our commitments and demands so that we present quality services to end-users.

Playvox is a platform which has an excellent design in addition to being intuitive, since it has a great development behind and an excellent learning system, in addition to having an updated design and great usability compared to the didactic experience that this correspondence, for response time and great response capacity is important to us.
