Overall Satisfaction with PowerDMS

Our entire organization has access to policies and procedures in PowerDMS. There is a smaller group of people who have access to standards and editing functions.
  • Being internet based it can be viewed anywhere.
  • Electronic signatures are very easy to track.
  • When setting up users sometimes the security settings are difficult to figure out.
  • Any other issues I had in the past have all been updated and fixed.
  • Easy way to locate, edit, and archive versions of all 100+ Policies and Procedures.
Any business that needs employees to be able to view documents would benefit from PowerDMS. It is easy to edit documents. When you need several people to approve a document before it is published it is easy to set up a workflow so others can view the changes.

PowerDMS Support

Having the chat with an agent option is extremely helpful because I cannot always begin a phone call. It is easy to know when an agent is available to help instead of being put on hold on the phone. Any time I have contacted an agent they have solved my problem easily and quickly.

Yes - I found out that PowerDMS does not work well with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.
I don't remember the specific problem I contacted PowerDMS about but they were able to access my account and remotely show me how to fix the problem.
