Procore allows our company to combine several department activities into one program. Previously we used several software systems to complete bidding, cost, and engineering functions, now we have one.
- Submittal Work flows allow for everyone involved to understand who has the ball in court and current status.
- Document Control allows for SKs, RFIs and other mark up to be viewed and tracked in real time from mobile devices or desktop.
- Cost control for various contract types other than lump sum. My understanding this is upcoming in future updates.
- Streamed lined engineering and cost into one area saving time and efficiency.
- CMIC
Easier interfacing and great mobile apps. Others are still very much database focused not so much user.
