Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is a new technology available to our company and has brought improved efficiency in many facets of operation in my experience. The tools Procore brings to the table allow for increased communication between field and office based employees. The software also helps bridge the gap between design and construction in our application. The format also helps create a uniform delivery of products in every project where Procore is used. This allows for a more systematic approach in the building construction field, which is a welcome deviation from a very individualized organization system that seems to have been the norm for many years.
- A recurring structure from one project to the next creates a platform that can be applied to a variety of project types.
- The mobile application allows for easy access in the field and at outside of the 9-5 time constraint.
- Technical support is very strong and always available.
- Not many.
- New technology so updates and new tools are fairly common
- Subcontractors are weary to learn a new system
- Because it is so mobile, users are ALWAYS tied to work in and out of the office.
I have not previously used any competing products.
