Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use procore as a project management and document management tool. We send files between contractor and owner using this tool, and mainly utilize submittal tracking. Our projects range from 1 to 10 million dollar contracts. Procore helps to keep us organized and documented. It's helpful to make sure all parties are on the same page.

Daily Logs

I like Procore daily logs. They have mainly been used by our foreman, and I would like there to be a feature to get multiple daily logs. Sometimes it's difficult for me to keep track of more than just my own logs. If I have to track what other employees do throughout the day, it's a bit more difficult than I'd like it to be.

I really like it for project management, it's been a tool I've used to keep organized for a long time now. I think I've worked on maybe five individual projects using Procore and helped manage three more. Sometimes it is a hassle when our owner uses a different platform, but I've had projects where all parties use the same platform, and it really helps a lot.
