Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is pulling the financial information from the ERP and finance department. We use the data to generate financial reports packaging and also budgeting.

The support team provides great support. Everyone is experienced with Prophix. However, I never speak with someone directly as always voice mail. Usually some one replies or calls back in a quick and reasonable period.
