Most things are thoughtfully presented, however some default settings could be different. Some features are very non intuitive and require more scripting knowledge than some developers have
[I] have not used the services.
The offerings change often, the support changes are inordinately high for the slowness and vagueness of support's responses. Licensing for certain features seems excessive compared to the complexity of the feature.
[Quadient Inspire is] well suited to complex communications, flexible and powerful scripting. [I believe that Quadient Inspire is] kind of overkill for some simpler work.
