- It's clear and easy to use.
- A vast array of filter options are available to locate specific sessions.
Cons
- Sometimes video replays are not capturing all visual data.
- It helps to solve customer issues faster.
- It helps to find unreported bugs.
- Less information is needed from the customer side regarding his/her issue.
Quantum Metric lets you see the customer journey as they see it, instead of logs and graphs.
