Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
We use QuickBooks mainly for invoicing parents for their child's weekly daycare tuition. We are able to batch-invoice parents, which saves us so much time at the beginning of each semester.
- Batch invoicing works great!
- Emails to customers are generated seamlessly, along with notices when emails fail to send.
- Reconciling our bank accounts and credit cards put my mind at ease. I know I have entered everything correctly each month because of this function.
- I wish there were fewer ads for QuickBooks features.
- Custom fields can create an issue with creating batch invoices, so we don't use it.
- I wish I could customize the payment receipt that automatically is emailed to customers.
- We have been able to quickly report on how our business is performing.
- We can quickly see what customers are behind on payments.
- We can automatically bill customers for weekly tuition.
It was very easy to set up. Very user-friendly and excellent customer service.
Cloud-based is essential for me as I work both from home and at the daycare facility. So all I need is an internet connection.
We are able to do batch invoicing through Advanced, which saves a lot of time each semester.
We were entering billing information manually, and so this beats pen and paper, haha.
