My Experience with QuickBooks Online

Overall my experience with QuickBooks has been pretty good, however, I do feel that it is a little bit on the expensive side, but we really like that it allows us the ability to send invoices, quotes, manage all of our accounting processes, reconcile bank accounts and it also integrates with Time Tracking software, they file our payroll taxes, but for a company of about 60 employees, we pay around $700 per month for these services.

Overall for me I felt that the process was pretty simple to start using QuickBooks Online but I am fairly tech-savvy, I feel for someone that is less tech-savvy then it may not be quite as simple of a process, however, they offer quite a bit of training which may be helpful for those who not as tech-savvy.

I am a single user in one location of this software but I could see that because the platform is online that it would make it a lot easier than if it was desktop-based software, also there are processes in place to make sure that the data doesn't overlap with people changing the same thing at the same time.
