Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
It is a part of what we use to address clients that have complex books. It makes it easier to communicate, run customized reports, and do client training. Overall it is user-friendly and easy to get started with. Our only real issues occasionally arise when issues can only be fixed by customer service. Sometimes support is not knowledgeable.

I was able to set up accounts fairly quickly. However as I am experienced with other QuickBooks versions I liked that so it wasn't difficult to start using it right away. The ongoing training with CPE credits or the webinars has been helpful to also understand how versions differ from each other. Overall there is not a large learning curve if you already are somewhat familiar with QuickBppks.
My employees, are usually able to understand the software and have easy access because everything is in the cloud. Because we aren't often using our phones for client management, mobile devices aren't as important. The cloud function allows all of us to see and understand the working of the software, especially if someone is getting trained on it.
It addresses the specific needs of clients mostly. For clients that need payroll or to share their books with other managers, the software makes that easy. I particularly like that training is helpful.
I only use Proconnect to file business taxes for my clients so I can't really compare the two. I am still new to using ProConnect. I really like the customer support and they are always helpful, never confusing, or poorly trained.

The best thing about the software is that it is user-friendly and doesn't take too long to learn. This is very good for companies like ours that also do QuickBooks training. The cloud feature in and of itself makes it a very valuable tool. What has been very impressive is that there hasn't been any hacking of accounts. This is huge in this day and age.
