Yes - Economik check registers, Quicken, handwritten payroll checks and paystubs. We replaced these to save time and increase accuracy.

Consistency of use for many years that QuickBooks has been available and din't need to be trained in a new program.
Research reviews of other products available online, use a trial period and ask other practitioners which programs they are using and would recommend.
