Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Premier
QuickBooks is used by accounting to keep the financial records of the restaurant and for processing payables. It is a good overall system that is easy to learn and use.
- You select a pre programmed chart of accounts
- When you process payable it records the transaction directly to the trial balance
- Does not handle accounts receivable well
- Increased efficiency
- Decreased payroll costs of accounting department
- Faster reporting time
QuickBooks is better suited for this restaurant business. MRI is much more complicated to learn and use.
