Overall Satisfaction with QuoteWerks

We use Quotewerks in some of our departments. Instead of having contradicting multiple versions of Excel price pages, it helps us keep our price pages accurate and up-to-date.
  • It's one centralized list of products.
  • Works well with our CRM system.
  • Some macros are not working properly. However the good thing is you can call them and have it fixed.
  • The Quotewerks layouts do not allow you to generate best-better-good quotes. You'll have to use the Word layouts and they have their own limitations.
  • Increased employee efficiency.
  • Centralized and efficient update of costs and prices.
I have not used a similar product.
If you want to proceed with "Best-Better-Good" proposal, check out the QuoteValet function before you proceed. There are ways of making it happen in QuoteWerks but I don't know if there are better alternatives out there. However, it works really well if you are generating one proposal. The configuration function works really well for generating quotes for a product that has consumables and complimentary goods by limiting the reps' options, as you proceed, to only show the compatible complimentary goods.
