Overall Satisfaction

We are utilizing Qvidian by individuals across the organization, primarily in proposal and marketing roles (directly or support roles). We are utilizing it for proposal automation as well as RFP responses. For us, the software addresses the issues of standardization in the production of our responses and the ease of gathering information.
  • It is able to recreate our documents exactly how we want them to look
  • It is a great central database for all of our FAQs and approved RFP responses
  • It has opened up dialogue surrounding document creation and management, what what other template solutions we might want to pursue
  • More maneuverability (easier drag & drop, copy & paste)
  • Frequently, the builds are very slow
  • Library items that are NOT enabled, often still show up in searches
  • ability to better refine the templates
  • some challenges with implementation
  • consistency with pre-approved answers and content
  • much easier to manage and regulate up-to-date statistics
We are still relatively early in the implementation process, and are continuing to tweak and refine our documents, builds, team training, etc. We are exploring creative ways in which to use the product and the various types of documents we would be able to architect to provide simplified, automated solutions for our staff.
I think just being straightforward, up front and realistic about your goals and expectations is the best approach. This will help both you, your organization and Qvidian guide and reach those goals and will bring the most success for the endeavor. Communication within your organization is also important so that the team is on board during all phases of the implementation.
