Overall Satisfaction with Reachdesk
We use Reachdesk for three core use cases: incentivizing prospects to take meetings with outbound sales, event inventory management, and customer appreciation. Lots of different teams have used it pretty extensively. Honestly, we've had it for more than a year and at this point we've had more trouble with it than what it's worth in my opinion. I believe the only real value we're getting out of it right now is having a warehouse for our swag, event materials, etc.

- Clunky campaign in my experience
- Unintuitive interface, in my opinion
- Bad warehousing in my experience
- Lots of time wasted on projects that were made complex even though they didn't need to be, in my opinion.
- It has effectively socialized the principles of direct gifting to our entire org
- Been helpful for the HR team to send out swag to employees
- Lots of hassle trying to track down swag returned from events, in my experience.
