Overall Satisfaction with Reachdesk

We use Reachdesk for three core use cases: incentivizing prospects to take meetings with outbound sales, event inventory management, and customer appreciation. Lots of different teams have used it pretty extensively. Honestly, we've had it for more than a year and at this point we've had more trouble with it than what it's worth in my opinion. I believe the only real value we're getting out of it right now is having a warehouse for our swag, event materials, etc.
  • Gift card and marketplace selection
  • Ship times
  • Clunky campaign in my experience
  • Unintuitive interface, in my opinion
  • Bad warehousing in my experience
  • Lots of time wasted on projects that were made complex even though they didn't need to be, in my opinion.
  • It has effectively socialized the principles of direct gifting to our entire org
  • Been helpful for the HR team to send out swag to employees
  • Lots of hassle trying to track down swag returned from events, in my experience.
I was not involved in the decision making process initially but have looked into Sendoso as a replacement for Reachdesk.

Reachdesk might be great for a smaller company looking for a platform to send gift cards and items from the marketplace. But if you have large amounts of swag/physical items and/or have an events use case I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
