We currently use ReadyTalk in a number of capacities including marketing, sales, and product demonstrations. All of which utilize the screen share and call-in conferencing features that ReadyTalk provides for paid customers. This has been a great tool to use for client product demonstrations and sales pitches, especially when the client is unfamiliar with our software.
- ReadyTalk has been great for conference calls.
- ReadyTalk's screen share feature allows you to choose specific monitors to share, specific applications to share and even specific portions of your screen.
- ReadyTalk allows us to engage with a client directly and efficiently in a very professional manner.
- If ReadyTalk provided an easier way to set up the initial call through a different platform aside from email, it may make things a bit simpler.
- ReadyTalk's monitor-specific screensharing process is a bit clunky and could be a bit better in identifying which monitor has been selected for sharing.
- ReadyTalk's admin dashboard could use a UI update.
- ReadyTalk has definitely had a positive impact on our ROI purely because it helps us generate sales and close on larger accounts that may have not closed had we not had a screenshare tool.
ReadyTalk seems comparable to GoToMeeting and seems to have very similar feature sets and integrations. We currently use ReadyTalk because of the ease of use when setting up a conference call, whereas we've had some difficulties calling in to various GoToMeeting conferences and using the correct invitation codes / website links.
